STAGE: KLANTENSERVICE & INFLUENCERMARKETING

This Customer care & influencer marketing internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to communication and customer care in a young, dynamic company. And to learn about everything involved in building a brand. In this position, you will mainly focus on community management, customer care, and the growth of our influencer contact list. Writing great emails comes naturally to you. You get a kick out of helping people in a pleasant way, and you fully identify with Ateljé's tone of voice. In addition, you will work on finding and reaching out to new influencer accounts for gifting. Together with the marketing team, you will work on influencer seeding during launches and ensure that Ateljé appears on the arms of the coolest influencers. Furthermore, you will stay in touch with our community. In this role, you will work closely with our Client care and Sales coordinator.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Daily maintenance of the Ateljé mailbox and Instagram DMs, which involves direct contact with our community, customers, and other important relationships.
  • Support with community management.
  • Approaching (new) influencers for gifting.
  • Searching for new influencer accounts within our focus countries that align with Ateljé’s brand values.
  • Collecting customer feedback regarding our products to make significant improvements in the production process.
  • Contributing ideas for content, campaigns, and new products during brainstorms. You get a great look behind the scenes at a young, growing company.
  • The practical tasks that come with all the different activities, new ideas, and future dreams.

You are:

  • Social, enthusiastic, and enjoy being in daily contact with our community.
  • Strong in communication and able to find the right tone of voice via email and DM. A full inbox or a challenging question does not scare you.
  • Completely at home on social media and up to date with what is happening on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Interested in influencer marketing and enjoy discovering new creators who fit well with Ateljé.
  • Organized and accurate. You keep an overview of various conversations, collaborations, and to-dos.
  • Proactive and independent; you see what needs to be done and like to think two steps ahead.
  • Available 4 to 5 days a week in Amsterdam.
  • A student, preferably in the field of Communication, Creative Business, Marketing, or a similar study program.
  • Preferably available immediately.
