Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner de Pakkettenfabriek. That means in the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order the working day after shipment.Fun eco fact: most of our shipments in NL are delivered by bike, which is the most sustainable option out there :)
We are able to ship worldwide, please reach out to us when your country is not on our list.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Oh oh! Want to return your case or cord? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to request a return. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that you’ve used to make the purchase.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete or our (or another) protective bubble wrap envelope isn’t used as shipping box.
Ateljé has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
HERE'S HOW RETURNING WORKS
Step 1: Register your return by sending us an e-mail stating your name and order number in the e-mail title. You always need to request your return, otherwise we can’t give you your money back.
Step 2: Print your return label and stick it on the Ateljé envelope. Drop off your return at any post office near you. Note: this label is not a pre-paid label, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your own account. For more information of questions, send us an e-mail and we’ll be happy to help.
