You want to return something? You can! You have 14 days from the day you've placed your order, to make a request for a return. Please be aware that return costs are always for the customer's account. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that is used to make the purchase. We don’t accept returns if the order is send back incomplete, damaged or if our envelope isn’t used as a protective shipping box.
Here’s how a return works:
1. Register your return by sending us an e-mail. You can send your e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You always need to let us know that you are returning an item, otherwise we can’t monitor if it arrives back and we can't give you your money back.
2. Purchase a shipping form at the post office or order a shipping form online. Please be aware that return costs are always for the customer's account.
