Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete. Ateljé has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
Exchange isn't possible. If you ordered the wrong product, please return (see steps below) and place a new order.
RETURNING IS EASY AS THIS
Step 1: Fill in the return form attached to your order. You can also download it here. The return needs to be send back to the following address:

Step 2: Create and print a return label and stick it on the Ateljé envelope. It's also possible to write our address on the enveloppe and add stamps. Drop off your return at any post office near you.
