Oh oh! Want to return a product? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your items. We don't cover return costs.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete. Ateljé has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
Exchange isn't possible. If you ordered the wrong product, please return (see steps below) and place a new order.
RETURNING IS EASY AS THIS
To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process.
As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.
